Provincial Health Services Authority (“ PHSA”), acting on its own behalf and as agent for Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (collectively with PHSA, the “ Health Authorities” and each a “ Health Authority”), is issuing this Request for Prequalification (“ RFPQ”) to prequalify applicants for the supply of sequencing instruments and consumables (“ Products”) and related services (“ Services”) , in three subcategories: Short Read Sequencing Platforms, Long Read Sequencing Platforms and Other Sequencing Platforms, and to meet the requirements of sites and facilities of the Health Authorities across the Province of British Columbia.
