Description

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) owns a well-equipped concession at the Creston and District Community Complex (CDCC), which includes a professional kitchen capable of serving food and beverages on a commercial scale to the patrons of the facility. The RDCK is seeking Proposals to supply the Services Concession Operator.

The Services to be supplied to the RDCK consist of the following:
The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation of the concession at the Creston & District Community Complex, delivering onsite food and beverage services to the community in accordance with the Healthy Food Guidelines outlined in Appendix C. The Contractor will retain full operational authority over the designated concession space during its scheduled programming and shall ensure all activities are conducted in strict compliance with relevant legislation, provincial standards, and the conditions of its operating license.
Operating hours will be aligned with the commencement of Minor Hockey and Figure Skating programs, and the concession will be open during all Creston Valley Junior Hockey League games (Creston Thundercats).
