Description

Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a Contract to SAP Canada Inc. to provide SAP Subscription Cloud Services (SAP Sig Mgmt by DocuSign, basic SFSF and SAP Integration Suite, SFSF edition) for the period December 16, 2025, to December 15, 2028 at an estimated value of $129,205.53 CAD.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, CRD has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

• To maintain specialized products that must be maintained by the manufacturer or its representative

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection including documentation demonstrating that they meet the requirements and criteria set out above. This is to be addressed for the attention of Michael Perra, Business Systems Analyst, by email before 5:30 PM Pacific Time, November 28, 2025. CRD will review any and all issues received by this date and assess each objection against the criteria. This assessment will be kept on file. If an objection is justified, a competitive process will be undertaken. For any objections that are rejected, CRD will provide reasons why the objection did not satisfy the needs of CRD in this procurement.
