Includes 1) Demolition of existing piping and accessories located in Block E penthouse; 2) Removal of piping from 3rd floor to UPS room; 3) Removal of fan coils in UPS room; 4) Disconnect electrical and complete and necessary modifications; 5) Remove chiller with crane and proper disposal; 6) Hydronic balancing.
