Description

The AER seeks to enter a standing agreement with a vendor capable of providing incident management services at the request of the AER when there is an absent/unwilling/incapable licensee and/or existing approval holders not performing to a level acceptable to the AER . The vendor would directly provide service or manage the response via subcontractor/s for the following categories: spill response, air monitoring, well control, well abandonment, waste removal, logistics, site security and public protection measures.
