Description

The Town of Banff (the “Town”) is issuing a Request For Proposal (“RFP”) for upgrading of the HVAC of the Banff Fire Hall office spaces, garage bay, and residential units, at 201 Beaver Street in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Scheduling of the work is sensitive due to the building envelope modifications, but also in the garage bay where the fire trucks can’t be left outside from approximately November to April, depending on the daytime temperatures. Additionally, given the emergent nature of the work carried in the building, the Proponents will need to pay special attention to planning, and service delivery to eliminate or minimize service disruptions.
