Site Visit A mandatory site visit will be held at the main entrance of North Ridge Elementary School (Site 138) - at 13460 62 Ave, Surrey, BC V3X 2J2 on Nov 14, 2025, at 09:00 AM. Contractors are responsible for confirming the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by Contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.

Prequalified Contractors Only Solicit bids will only be accepted from the prequalified contractors who are on the Roster of RFPQ 2020-58-FW - Prequalification for Mechanical Contractors.
