BC Hydro is seeking Proposals from qualified parties to provide a cloud-based Capacity Expansion Model (CEM) solution that is flexible, scalable, and user-friendly. The requirement includes software provision, configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance support. The preferred solution is an “out-of-the-box” turnkey system requiring minimal custom development. The model will support long-term energy planning by enabling analysis of future load and resource scenarios to optimize portfolio options.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of 5 years, which may be extended for up to 10 years through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of 15 years.
