IVDC ITQ NOTICE:Canada would like to express our appreciation for all interest in SSC’s Invitation To Qualify (ITQ) for a Issuing and Verifying Digital Credentials (IVDC) For The Government of Canada (GC) issued in March, 2025. The purpose of this notice is to inform you that following an extensive evaluation and review, the decision has been made to cancel this ITQ pursuant to SSC’s express rights provided pursuant to s. 1.11(e) of the solicitation. This decision is a result of observations related to ambiguities contained in the solicitation, as well as the Government of Canada’s intent to facilitate an open and competitive process available to all potential suppliers to submit proposals in the subsequent Request For Proposals (RFP) phase. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the interest in becoming a supplier to the Government of Canada and the active participation in this process; we expect to issue a replacement procurement in due course.
