BID SUBMISSION-All bidders must submit their bids through either Email or the P2P portal. LANGUAGE-Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. NEGOTIATIONS-SSC retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. ENQUIRIES-Responders who wish to be certain of receiving a reply must submit all questions through to the Contracting Authority.ESTIMATED QUANTITY-Refer to Annex A – Basis of Payment.
