Description

The response time deadline is 14:00 EST
This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of an existing airport Combine Services Building (CSB) at at Wabush Airport, Newfoundland and Labrador
The Contractor shall perform and complete within 110 weeks of award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $5,000,001 to $20,000,000 (HST included) This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the solicitation of offers process.
