Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking to engage consulting teams to be available for projects related to Building Condition Assessments (BCA) of existing structures owned and operated by The City and civic partners. Building Condition Assessment is a written report, prepared in accordance with the requirements of this RFSO, documenting the observations and opinions developed during the completion of the assessment. Types of buildings include but are not limited to industrial, office, community associations, firehalls, parking structures, and recreation centers. The successful respondents will be responsible to act as Coordinating Registered Professional (as defined through Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA)) to their multi-disciplinary team including engineering, architectural team and contractors.
