Metrolinx is accepting Request for Information: Transit Stop Furniture and Amenities: Shelters, Benches, Lighting and Advertising

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx
MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
SCOPE REQUEST
The scope of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on the capability of participants offering products and services related to transit stop furniture and amenities,
including shelters, benches and advertising delivered at the Purchaser’s designated location within their respective municipal limits in Ontario.
Participants are requested to provide a comprehensive response that is structured according to Sections 4.0 and 5.0 by filling out textbox fields within this RFI document and by providing
supplemental information in a Participant Response Package.
Upon receipt of all responses, Metrolinx may seek to meet with all or some of the participants on an individual basis, virtually or in person, to seek further clarification and understanding of
the content of their response. Such meetings will be at the sole discretion of Metrolinx and shall be undertaken for the purpose of obtaining further information only from the participant on
their current capabilities, future plans and overall solutions. The information received from participants will help determine Metrolinx requirements for this range of services moving forward
and must adhere to the RFI General Conditions 5.0.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
