This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Sturgeon County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the County and provide the information requested herein. This RFI is issued for information-gathering for budgetary purposes only and is not intended to be a formal legally binding “Contract A” bidding process. This RFI is being issued to gauge the market for a qualified professional who can deliver and manage the organizational change and communications efforts as a contracted role under the direction of the FSM Project Manager.
