Description

The purpose of this project is to replace and modernize various aspects of the elevator system. This includes replacing wire fixtures, motor drive, controller, and up and down over speed controller. Scope of this project is limited to the elevator’s operating systems, excluding the interior cab. The elevator modernization will include the implementation of voice, video, and text communication requirements. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
