Description

The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain detailed information on market readiness, to permit an informed decision to be made regarding a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) that meets the functional, security and accessibility requirements for ESDC.

Through this RFI, ESDC wishes to understand modern capabilities and business practices of the leading-edge DAP tools that could be applicable to the Government of Canada technological landscape.

Responding industry partners would be expected to understand and present solutions that comply with GoC’s regulation and policies (please refer to Annex A). Through this consultation, industry would be expected to present estimates for the Total Costs Ownership of the solution (for budgetary purposes), provide guidance on solution support, implementation, and present capabilities.
