The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract .

Description of the Requirement:

Enterprise Resource Procurement (ERP) Agile Process – Strategic Advisory Services.

To support this process, the GC intends to engage a third-party advisory firm with deep ERP market intelligence and vendor negotiation experience. These advisory services will in part assist in validating pricing proposals, structuring contractual terms, and ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise objectives.

To remove any possibility for future conflict of interests, the Contractor(s), its employees, parent and affiliated companies will be disqualified from any future competitive solicitation(s) which are developed by the Contractor’s resources under the contract.
