Description

Work under this contract covers the refurbishment of a Lab area in the Council"s Building S-77 of the National Research Council’s Sussex Drive Campus at 100 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6.

Mandatory site visit:
Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM and November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT. Meet Chris Cleroux at National Research Council Canada, Sussex Building, 100 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6.

All deliverable must be received within 8 weeks of award.

Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.
Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
