Description

The purpose of this RFSO is to invite Submissions from qualified Engineering Consultants with expertise in the provision of mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, enclosure and related works designs, specific to the installation and replacement of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at various District owned locations.

With this opportunity, the District intends to achieve the following two (2) objectives:

• COMPLETE PROJECT SPECIFIC WORK
• Awarding a contract for project specific work, as detailed in this RFSO and as referenced in Section 2.3 to one (1) Consultant for the provision of HVAC installation designs at Lynn Valley Village.
• STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT
• Awarding an SOA to the successful Bidder for project specific work detailed in Section 2.3 and awarding additional SOA(s) to other successful Bidders. The District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award one (1) or more SOAs for the provision of future HVAC installation designs generally of small to large scale in scope, size and complexity at various District owned facilities on and as and when requested basis.

  Bidders may be successful in being awarded the Project Specific work of this RFSO and being awarded an SOA to bid on future work.
  
  Bidders not successful in being awarded the Project Specific work may be successful in being awarded an SOA to bid on future work.
  
  Bidders interested in this opportunity are invited to submit an offer.
