Description

The City of Port Moody is soliciting proposals for the purpose of accelerating and streamlining the processing of development applications and permits by implementing a digital document submission and review solution that will integrate and leverage our current permit workflow system (Tempest).

Enquiries:
All enquiries related to this Request for Proposals (RFP) are to be submitted through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this specific bid opportunity. Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.

Addenda:
Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFP. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFP. It is the Bidder"s responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission. Bidders will be required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their Bid submission.

Any amendments to a bid closing date are captured by way of Addenda, and updated only on the Bids&Tenders bidding site.
