Notice is hereby given by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), of its intent to enter into
a contract with DocuSign, Inc. operating as “DocuSign” for the provision of electronic
signature software to support CLBC’s contract authorization workflows.
This procurement is part of a broader strategic initiative to automate CLBC’s contract
management processes. Specifically, CLBC will transition all service contract authorizations to a
DocuSign e-signature platform, integrated with CLBC’s internal application “My Workspace”.
My Workspace serves as a centralized repository for program and contract records,
streamlining contract management activities and generating contracts as outputs of associated
programs.
