Description

Grasslands School Division is seeking the services of qualified prime architectural consulting firms and sub-consultants for pre-design, design and construction warranty phase services for the Brooks Composite High School modernization. The project consists of modernizing Brooks Composite High School to align with a 21st century learning environment and to meet current and future programming with a focus on CTS spaces. Systems identified for replacement include but are not limited to: mechanical systems, electrical systems, building code upgrades, building envelope upgrades, elevator upgrades, woodworking and automotive lab renovations, foods lab and cafeteria renovations, maker space renovations, cosmetology lab renovations, washroom upgrades, architectural finishes and fixtures, upgrades to administrative spaces, revamping exterior entrances.
