Description

The Project’s main goal is to connect youth talent with employers for Work-based Learning ("WBL") projects. To increase youth employment in the Calgary region and development of employer talent pipelines, both the volume of WBL opportunities accessible to youth and the ease of engaging with these opportunities must be improved. This will be accomplished primarily through a Talent Matching Platform (the "Platform") – an easy-to-use tool meant to connect qualified youth talent to employers offering WBL. CED is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for development and implementation of the Platform which will provide youth and employer users with a streamlined matching experience resulting in a high volume of placements facilitated.
