Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective respondents/contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Mobile Welding Services. The CVRD expects to award this contract to more than one contractor, up to a maximum of three (3) contractors. The contractor submitting the lowest total pricing while meeting the RFQ requirements will be granted the right of first refusal. Subsequent contractors are contacted in order of ranking until the request can be fulfilled on an as and when required basis.
