Description

The AGCO is a provincial Crown agency that reports to the Ministry of the Attorney General. The AGCO is responsible for regulating the alcohol, cannabis, gaming (land-based and online) and horse racing sectors in Ontario. The AGCO is seeking information with regards to the marketplace to determine the availability of potential service providers who are ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Independent Testing Laboratories (ITLs) and can assist the AGCO and the Registrar with services for Regulatory Assurance of online gaming.

The services will include ongoing education and training to AGCO staff, security assessments, audit and testing services to ensure that gaming equipment meets regulatory requirements in place in Ontario, as well as technical inspections, technical research, and related reports related to integrity issues arising in respect of gaming equipment, including cheat at play, fraud, and similar matters.
