Description

The purpose of this ITQ is to seek pricing from qualified contractors to construct a road on Woodlot per Appendix C Statement of Work and additional information provided in Appendix E Additional Information.

An office visit is recommended on November 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM to review design and job specifications. Bidders may request a field visit at their convenience prior to November 13, 2025. Contractors, and their subcontractors (as required), are recommended to become familiar with the sites and existing conditions prior to submitting a bid and to make sufficient allowances for conditions related to the work. Claims for an increase in Contract Price or Contract Time arising from observable conditions will be rejected by the Owner. In the case of a mandatory site visit, those not attending and those who arrive later than the published meeting time will be ineligible to bid.
