Description

HMMS on behalf of Alexandra Marine and General Hospital’s (AMGH) Corporate Finance department is facilitating the process to secure debt financing in the form of a committed term loan agreement amortized over 5–25-year period, with the best rates and lowest associated costs.

The scope of this project is to finance 5 projects as outlined below:
• AMGH will consider both fixed rate loans and interest rate swap arrangements in 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25-year options by project/loan.
