Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Acoustic and Environmental Assessment at Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility

Optional Site Meeting will be held at 10 am on October 28, 2025 at Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility

Attendance at the optional site meeting includes pre-registration. Please email Procurement Representative of your intention to attend this optional site meeting no later than October 24, 2025

Proponents must wear hard hats, safety boots, safety vests and have safety glasses with them at the site meeting. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on November 14, 2025.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only Proponent who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

• The “Request Document Form: Form of Request” must be completed in full and submitted by the Proponent.
• Pricing information must be completed using “Request Document Form: Pricing Submission” and returned as a separate file.
• The Proponent must declare any conflicts of interest in Section 1.1(b) of "Request Document Form: Conflict of Interest". If Section 1.1(b) is left blank, the provisions of Section 1.1(a) of “Request Document Form: Conflict of Interest” shall apply.
• The Proponent must meet all of the mandatory requirements stated in “Request Document Form: Mandatory Corporate, Personnel and Technical Requirements”.
• The Proponent must meet all of the mandatory requirements stated in “Request Document Form: U.S. Business Attestation Form”.
•
