Quotations are invited by the District of North Vancouver (the “District”) from qualified contractors to provide quotations for the coating of the apparatus bay floors and several adjacent spaces at Maplewood Fire and Rescue Centre (MFRC). Additionally, the apparatus bay floors have a significant number of concrete cracks that will require preparation before applying the floor coating.

MFRC is an operating fire station with two crews for emergency response, the District of North Vancouver Fire and Rescue Service (DNVFRS) administration offices and the DNVFRS training centre, as such the work will be required to be planned carefully and completed in such a way as to minimise the disruption of the normal operation of the facility.
