The British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) maintains a primarily Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
that supports daily operations while meeting data protection and resiliency standards.

The BCUC is seeking an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) to manage the renewal of its
Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, manage license change requests, and manage payment services and billing, with the objective of securing the most cost-effective solution and delivering the best value to BCUC.

The purpose of this RFP is to invite qualified Proponents to submit a proposal for the services and
requirements stated above.
