Description

Notice is hereby given that City of Prince George (the “City”) intends to direct award a contract extension to AON Hewitt Inc. (the Supplier) for the designing and marketing municipal benefit plans, selecting carriers, implementing a transition and providing ongoing consultative support for both fully insured and self-administered plans.

The City is extending this contract to better align the end date away from year-end, allowing City staff sufficient time to properly complete the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

The contract term is for an extended period of six (6) months dated January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
