Description

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) invites proposals from qualified vendors to deliver administrative services for the Treatment and Counselling Program, established under Part 8.2 of Alberta’s Health Professions Act (HPA) and the Funding for Treatment and Counselling Regulation (AR 256/2020) (FTC Regulation). This Request for Proposals (RFP) presents an opportunity for vendors to support patient relations initiatives and the administration of complaint-related counselling across up to 29 health profession regulatory Colleges in Alberta. CPSA is serving as the lead facilitator for this process; however, each College retains the discretion to determine its participation or to enter into its own contract based on organizational requirements and patient caseloads.
