The University of New Brunswick"s Capital Planning & Operations Department invites you to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Biomass Fuel for the Central Heating Plant on the Fredericton Campus. The criteria are outlined in the RFP Documents, Specifications and Drawings.

A site visit is scheduled for 2:00PM local time on Thursday, October 23, 2025. Meeting location will be at the main entrance to the Central Heating Plant located at 950 College Hill Road, UNB Fredericton campus. All requests for clarification and arrangements for site visit are to be addressed to Tom Gilmore, who can be reached by email at tgilmore@unb.ca.

RFP Documents must be collected and submitted through UNB"s online Bonfire portal at the following address:
