Calgary Fire Department (CFD) is looking to replace its city-wide lockbox access program. Given the public safety criticality of this system, the proprietary nature of the technology, and the exit of our previous supplier, this Notice of Intent is the most viable path forward to ensure continued secure emergency access. Once implemented, this requested contract term will be indefinite provided the system does not go obsolete.
