Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MMC") to
Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of MMCL Nursing Sundries - Supplies; for a contract term of five (5) years with an option to extend for one (1) additional period of two (2) years.

Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a Purchaser-by-Purchaser award, for the following categories:

COMMODE CHAIR AND WASTE LINERS AND ACCESSORIES CONTAINERS EARPLUGS ENEMAS AND RECTAL TUBES AND SUPPLIES EXAMINATION PAPER FOOTWEAR AND FALL PREVENTION PRODUCTS HOT AND COLD THERAPY MEASURING TAPES AND PENLIGHT PRODUCTS MEDICATION CUPS MORGUE/SHROUD/BODY BAG NURSING SUNDRIES SAFETY PINS NURSING SUNDRIES TONGUE DEPRESSORS PATIENT SCALES PILLOWS SPECULUM AND ACCESSORIES SWABS AND COTTON APPLICATORS

Proponents must have the breadth of product to meet the commitment level in order to be in consideration for the committed portion of the award for the category.
