Description

.1 Door access, security, and CCTV upgrade for the Pincher Creek Provincial Building and Courthouse. Including but not limited to the removal of existing equipment and systems and replacement with modern equivalents.

.2 Addition of a new Access Control Server located in the Lethbridge Provincial Building.

.3 Programming and commissioning of all new systems.

Provide bid security in the form of an electronic bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price.

The bid bond must immediately be verifiable by the Province using the bid bond’s electronic content verification process with respect to the totality and wholeness of the bond form, including but not limited to the content of the bid bond, all signatures and seals affixed thereto, or any other aspects that may prevent the enforceability and/or realization of the bid bond by the Province, with the surety company or an approved verification service provider of the surety company.
