Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with ISL Engineering Ltd. for the provision of project management services for the Fire Hall No. 9 Replacement Project.

It is to the City"s knowledge that ISL Engineering Ltd. is uniquely qualified for the work as they have provided project management services for five fire hall projects within the last two years using the Integrated Project Delivery approach. Three of the referenced fire hall projects are located in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia and have similar requirements to the Fire Hall No. 9 Replacement Project.

Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this NOITC may use the Q&A Board to do so prior to the closing date and time.

The contract is valued at approximately $250,000.00 over an anticipated term of three years.
