This Request for Proposalsis an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for work on the Joint Abbotsford Mission Environmental System (JAMES) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) – Screw Pumps - Bay 4 (New) & Bay 1 (Replacement).
