Pre-registered proponents will receive the Personnel Security File Verification Form which must be filled and sent to tarek.yakub@bgis.com by October 14 at 2:00 PM. Only Secret Cleared proponents will be authorized to access the site.
Failure to register and send back the Personnel Security File Verification Form as indicated may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. Proponents are required to attend the mandatory site visit to be eligible to bid. Proponents cannot use a representative from another Proponent as its representative to attend the site visit.

A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at Guard House 3 – Carling Campus.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes and hard hats.Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Please also bring government issued ID and your own pen to sign in.
