Request for Proposals Fire Department ¾ ton 4x4 Command Vehicle The MD of Smoky River is requesting quotations for the following ¾ ton 4x4 for the Fire Department: 1 NEW 2025-2026 Full size ¾ ton 4x4 truck with Emergency Lighting and cabinetry


Vehicles acceptable for bidding are as follows:
1. Chevrolet or GMC 2500 with off road package or Z71
2. Dodge Power wagon with Ram Boxes
3. Ford Tremor F 250
Vehicle will be Ruby RED and Black in Color.

The following requirements must be met:
1. V8 gas Engine governed at 130mph/212kmp
2. Front seats – leather buckets
3. Second row 60/40 split rear bench
4. Bluetooth Connections
5. Dual Batteries
6. Remote Start
7. Trailering package and integrated trailer controller
8. Adequate Alternator strength for operating Emergency lighting, siren. Radios, phone etc
9. Safe run switch ( Run Lock 2)

The following after-markets upfits must be included in the pricing:
a. Lightbar LED –preferably interior mounted lights– red with flashing with takedowns and side scene lights
b. Rear preferably inner window lighting for rear of vehicle - OR EQUIVALENT
c. Traffic advisor built into inner edge system or if unavailable for model of vehicle, inner mounted traffic advisor.
d. Side and front warnings: Bullet Proof Bumpers front and read with LED light bar mounted on it, OK with front and side warning: 4 lower forward facing(RED) and at least two side facing on lower level –
e. Rear lower level lighting – Red –in Taillights and mounted on rear tailgate
f. Flush mounted red lights on underside of the tailgate for emergency lighting when tailgate is open.
g. Siren mounted in front of vehicle
h. Spotlight ARGES remote control mounted on Driver side fender
i. Running board lights Tracers
j. Interior dome lights Red/white for front and rear of interior for night operations.
k. Over the wheel cargo boxes for storage of / traffic signs, storage for bunker gear, tools etc..
l. Decaling
