Description

Calgary’s Shared Micromobility Program offers a transportation option through shared Electric Scooters (e‑scooters) and Electric Bicycles (e‑bikes). The City of Calgary (The City) issues Permits for a limited number of operators to provide e-scooters and e-bikes for rent directly to customers/users through a competitive application process. Current Permits will expire at the end of 2025. Through the Application process, The City of Calgary is seeking Applicants for two (2) Permit who are interested in delivering a successful Program, willing to adapt to market needs and address concerns on an ongoing basis to ensure safety and success for the 2026-2031 permit. Permit will have a one (1) year term, with automatic renewable terms of one (1) year to a maximum of five (5) years, subject to continued compliance with the Micromobility Framework.
