Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT (or 1.0 for AEIDSL). Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Mike Francis at the security desk of 555 Booth St, Ottawa, ON. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots and hard hats, Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
