SOW includes, but not limited to, the following:

• Replace new metal clad wall, new stone clad corner returns, to match existing color and material of adjacent wall finish
• Remove the existing bumper, and replace with new bumper system, new seal and rain sealing system, provide back support
• See details in the IFT specs and drawings
• All disruptive work (noise, dust, hazmat abatement, etc.) must be scheduled after hours.
