VILLAGE OF MYRNAM - NOTICE OF SALE BY SEALED BID
The Village of Myrnam is offering for sale, by sealed bid, the following surplus equipment:


Two (2) Nortek Global HVAC (Reznor) UDAS-400 Unit Heaters
• Gas-fired, 400,000 BTU/hr
• Purchased new in 2018. One was used for approximately 6-8 weeks. One has never been installed or used.
• Stored indoors since purchase
• Discontinued model (replaced by UDZ-400 series), but compatible parts and service remain available
• Suitable for large commercial, industrial, or agricultural applications


Terms of Sale:
• Minimum bid: $3,500.00 CAD per unit (plus GST, if applicable).
• Units may be bid on individually or as a lot of two.
• Equipment is sold as is, where is, with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
• The successful bidder is responsible for all costs related to removal and transportation.
• Payment must be received in full prior to release of equipment.
