The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) hereby gives notice that it intends to direct award the following contracts to Oracle Canada ULC, located at East Tower, Suite 800, 3250 Bloor St West, Toronto, ON M8X 2X9, for the provision the following services:

• Oracle X11 Licensing – to rent/lease two Oracle X11 Exadata appliances for four years
• Oracle Universal Credit Licensing – to operate Oracle Database software on the X11 appliances for four years
• Oracle Professional Services – to migrate approximately 100 databases from the existing X8 appliances to the new X11 appliances.
