Description

Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”) along with other Health Authorities in British Columbia represented by their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Smartsheet Advanced Work Management – 400 Connected Users Annual Renewal for a term of three (3) years at an estimated value of $928,998 CAD .

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Neil Vafin, Category Lead, IT Infrastructure, PHSA Procurement, by email before 12:00pm Pacific Time, September 15, 2025. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
