BC Cancer Foundation (BCCF) Office Renovation Project

Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) intends to award a CCDC14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract for the BC Cancer Foundation (BCCF) Office Renovation Project located at 686 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC, V5Z 1G1. The Design Builder (DB) and the estimated value of the work will be:

• Aura Office Environments Inc. (Aura) at 1570 – 609 Granville Street, Vancouver, B.C., V7Y 1A1
• $2,024,397 plus GST
• This contract is proposed as a direct award under Article 513.1(d) of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), which permits sole sourcing where there is an absence of competition for technical reasons.
