Scope of work to include but not limited to;
- existing through-wall flashing be removed and replaced with anew detail (potentially raised up a few brick courses) and waterproofing at windows should also be rehabilitated.
- water penetration testing to be completed before and after remedial work such that repair efficacy can be determined.
- organic growth be cleaned from exterior brick cladding.
- following confirmation of water infiltration being eliminated from the building, repairs should be carried out for interior areas that have been affected by water leaks into the building.
