CTS BC Bid Solicitation Standard

BC Timber Sales – Merritt & Lillooet TSA is inviting tenders for a major works contract for
EN26TEK501 – FSR Inspections, for planed projects on an “if and when needed” basis, to support the forest service road inspection program. Projects may be identified anywhere within the Merritt and Lillooet TSA area.
The proposed contract requires the provision of approximately 439km of Forest Service Road (FSR) inspections and 124km of deactivation prescriptions with corresponding field markings, in the Merritt and Lillooet Timber Sales Area (TSA).
The contract will require the services of qualified professionals and technical staff working in various conditions including isolated areas. Some roads or segments of roads may require walking, the use of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) or having a power saw to possibly cut windfall. The contractor is responsible for viewing the full length of the road(s) to be inspected or declared as deactivated.
Contract deliverables will be required to be submitted throughout the field season, with 100% of data submissions required on or before December 15, 2025.
