Description

Northern Health maintains a range of housing across the region for health care staff that are working in the region either on a temporary basis or are moving to the community and require temporary housing. The intent of providing housing is to ensure health care staff have a safe, comfortable, and modern accommodation experience after providing health care services to the community.

Northern Health is seeking proposals from Proponents for the provision of cleaning services for 1 of residences in 3507 16th Avenue, Smithers.

The services required will include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning all shared areas when needed. Areas include kitchen, bathroom, living room, entrance and bedroom.
• Providing and stocking consumables, such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, etc.
• Additional cleaning on a needs-be basis.
• Removal of accumulated refuse and recycling.
• Removal of perishable food left behind by occupants.
• Bi-monthly deep cleaning
• Report any items that need to be repaired to the Housing Coordinator.
• Making note of standard inventory items and reporting to Northern Health for replacement.
